Our Grants
The Kick Start grant is to ensure as many young children living with a disability can access the financial support to rejoin their supporting club and/or access their sporting competitions when sport starts to commence towards the end of the year and early next year. The funds can be used to help pay for Club registration fees, carer cost, extra coaching, team uniforms or travel to participate in the sport.
“Reading of the successful applicants in the 2019 PICA Sporting Grants program, we know that these grants have a direct impact on ensuring young children and teenagers with disabilities can participate in sport.
In these challenging times, PICA believe it is even more important we help our families with young children with a disability to prepare them to rejoin their sports when social distancing rules are lifted.”

Sport Access Foundation acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community. We pay our respect to their Elders past and present and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today.
Get Involved
Your donation will go towards providing financial assistance and support to enable children with a disability to participate in sporting activities. Every dollar goes direct to the grant recipients to help with the cost of their sport, including modified equipment, carer costs, transport and fees.
